Who We Are…
As an owner-manager of New Concept Management Inc, Maria Bartolotti has developed a strong reputation for rendering timely and efficient services to the Condominium Industry both in Alberta and British Columbia. Maria believes that maintaining relations is as important as building them and the key to any good relationship is communication.

Maria has been involved in the condominium management industry for several years. In August 2005 New Concept Management Inc was formed and since its inception their portfolio has increased.

New Concept Management Inc believes that central to their success, is its hands-on approach to Condominium Management. Maria Bartolotti has completed the Property Management 1000 course through RECA as well as, Condominium Management one, two and three courses through the Canadian Condominium Institute - Southern Alberta Chapter.

Further educational studies include; Business Law, Management, Marketing, Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management.

Maria is actively involved with the Canadian Condominium Institute - South Alberta Chapter as the Chair of the Education Committee.
